#What is a Service Model Canvas?
Its main purpose is to frame the discussion with a series of useful reflective questions. The SMC is a one-page document that requires you to think about four important areas of service design: the users, the mode of delivery, the risks, and how performance is measured.
It’s a tool designed for understanding, developing and documenting service models.
#How does SMC work?
The Service Model Canvas asks several questions about the service, such as who are the users? Why should someone use the service? What competition is there?
